Didn't receive towels only one big towel room was not clean there were cigarette ashes on the floor

it’s a piece of crap and they won’t give my money back

Hotel was horrible, dirty sheet and towels , cigarettes burns on night stand and bath tub.

They allowed my room to be changed when they put me in a smoking room. They did not charge a deposit as most hotels will do especially on such short notice.

The nastiest kept place a man without shoes was washing the concrete with piss BAREFOOT service was terrible the staff did not understand or comply with my needs when I said ONE bedroom and gave me two twin sized beds

The price was good, I thought. Last time I stayed everything was wonderful. This time not so much.

I didn't like anything. The place should be bulldoze down. It's a dump. I left

The room was used~ so we requested a new room right away~ they put us in another USED room~ ONE small dirty towel~ soaps were opened from the package~ the bedding was disgusting ~ bugs everywhere. Filthy~ I slept in my car instead.

The worst Hotel I ever stayed in the room was dirty the bedding hadn't been changed there were cockroaches TV was broken I got bed bugs missed work for a week and a half manager refused to reimburse me for my stay their.

Roaches all over the place in bed everywhere mice on restrooms smell odor of weed marijuana halls outside rooms full of people smoking drinking shouting Nothing was good of the palce just the easy acces to hwy thats about it

It was cheap.But I guess you get what you paid for.

The Guess Inn was so dirty and nasty.
